OVERVIEW

NoRiFi is a real estate SaaS platform designed to connect property developers with investors, creating a seamless marketplace for opportunities of any scale and complexity. Developers can establish a company-scale presence, list their projects, and attract funding. Investors can browse vetted opportunities, invest with confidence, and track their ROI directly within the platform. My role was to design NoRiFi as a stand-alone application with clear, scalable user flows that balanced the needs of both developers and investors while building trust in an industry often challenged by opacity and risk.

BACKGROUND

NoRiFi is a real estate SaaS platform designed to connect property developers with investors, creating a seamless marketplace for opportunities of any scale and complexity. Developers can establish a company-scale presence, list their projects, and attract funding. Investors can browse vetted opportunities, invest with confidence, and track their ROI directly within the platform. My role was to design NoRiFi as a stand-alone application with clear, scalable user flows that balanced the needs of both developers and investors while building trust in an industry often challenged by opacity and risk.

THE PROBLEM

Before NoRiFi, there was no streamlined platform where real estate developers and investors could interact in a transparent, accessible way. Developers faced challenges raising capital for projects, while investors lacked trustworthy tools to explore opportunities, evaluate risks, and monitor returns.

The absence of a centralized solution meant:

  • Developers relied on fragmented offline networks, slowing down project funding.

  • Investors encountered high barriers to entry and limited transparency.

  • Scaling real estate investments beyond personal networks was nearly impossible.

NoRiFi set out to solve this by digitizing the connection between capital and real estate projects, creating a marketplace that reduced friction, built trust, and allowed both sides to grow together.

THE GOAL

  • Create a stand-alone SaaS product that serves both developers and investors.

  • Design a company-scale onboarding flow for developers to establish credibility.

  • Provide investors with transparent browsing and investment flows.

  • Build features for ROI tracking, making the platform not just transactional but value-retaining.

  • Ensure the experience is trust-driven with a professional, financial-grade UI.

RESULTS
